For nearly 30 years, filmmaker Wes Craven has been challenging audiences with his bold, big screen visions. His “Nightmare on Elm Street” and “Scream” series have redefined the slasher/horror genre.

On Nov. 15, in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Cleveland Film Society, Craven returns to his Cleveland roots to talk about his life in the movies. Craven will be joined by NPR culture critic Elvis Mitchell (who has recently taken over as film critic for the N.Y. Times) in conversation at the Cedar Lee Theatre in Cleveland Heights.

Be one of the lucky few to have dinner with Craven and Mitchell for an additional charge. Seating is limited. “An Evening with Wes Craven” is presented with support from 89.7 WKSU.
